Ceny neust\u00e1le rostou, a mo\u017en\u00e1 tomu p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1me sami pr\u00e1v\u011b i t\u00edm, \u017ee jsme dnes ochotni kupovat p\u0159edra\u017een\u00e9 reality za jakoukoliv cenu, i kdy\u017e tu cenu takovou re\u00e1ln\u011b nemaj\u00ed ani zdaleka. Kdy\u017e si projdete inzer\u00e1ty, naraz\u00edte velmi \u010dasto na ruiny, kter\u00e9 jsou zral\u00e9 akor\u00e1t tak na buldozer, a majitel\u00e9 je prod\u00e1vaj\u00ed za miliony. A v\u011bt\u0161inou prodaj\u00ed i je, proto\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk nechce \u010dekat, a\u017e se trh uklidn\u00ed. \u010clov\u011bk chce bydlet hned.Probl\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e9 se to\u010d\u00ed okolo dostupnosti vlastn\u00edho bydlen\u00ed, je cel\u00e1 \u0159ada.
