Na to samoz\u0159ejm\u011b musela reagovat i \u010cesk\u00e1 n\u00e1rodn\u00ed banka, kter\u00e1 uvedla, \u017ee o hypot\u00e9ku m\u016f\u017ee za\u017e\u00e1dat je ten, kter\u00fd je schopen 30% z\u00e1stavn\u00ed hodnoty nemovitosti financovat z vlastn\u00edch zdroj\u016f. N\u00e1sledn\u011b p\u0159i\u0161la dal\u0161\u00ed novela z dubna 2020, kter\u00e1 u\u017e skute\u010dn\u011b reagovala na aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed situaci v \u010cR. \u010cesk\u00e1 n\u00e1rodn\u00ed banka v\u0161em bankovn\u00edm spole\u010dnostem na\u0159izuje \u017eadatele dostate\u010dn\u011b prov\u011b\u0159it, je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159edt\u00edm ne\u017e bude \u00fav\u011br schv\u00e1len. Pokud by tak neu\u010dinila, m\u016f\u017ee to pro n\u00ed m\u00edt nedoz\u00edrn\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky. \u017dadatel by nemusel spl\u00e1cet \u00faroky a dlu\u017enou \u010d\u00e1stku by spl\u00e1cel dle sv\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed. Za zam\u00edtnut\u00fdm \u00fav\u011brem tak hledejte sp\u00ed\u0161e slo\u017eitou legislativu ne\u017e neochotu bank. I kdy\u017e je v sou\u010dasnosti na trhu p\u0159ebytek likvidity a banky doslova bojuj\u00ed o ka\u017ed\u00e9ho nov\u00e9ho klienta, skute\u010dnost je pon\u011bkud jin\u00e1. A tak spole\u010dn\u011b s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm po\u010dtem \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed, p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00ed i ty zam\u00edtnut\u00e9. A pak tu jsou nebankovn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e9 si vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed tak trochu sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed sv\u011bt pravidel, kter\u00fd je diametr\u00e1ln\u011b odli\u0161n\u00fd od bankovn\u00edho sektoru. \u00dav\u011br zde se\u017eenete sn\u00e1ze, mo\u017en\u00e1 si ale trochu p\u0159iplat\u00edte. Aby mohly nebankovn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti konkurovat bank\u00e1m, krom spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00fdch \u00fav\u011br\u016f nab\u00edz\u00ed i nebankovn\u00ed hypot\u00e9ky.
